PETITION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Under the provisions of 37 C.F.R. §1. 136(a), Applicant hereby petitions the Commissioner
for a third one-month extension of time for responding to the Office Action dated March 3, 2005,
extending the period of response from August 3, 2005 to September 3, 2005.

Applicant filed a petition for a one-month extension of time on June 3, 2005 and a petition
for a further one month extension on July 5, 2005, enclosing a total of $225.00 in payment of the
fees. We are therefore submitting a check in the amount of $285.00, the difference between the
three-month extension fee of $510.00 and the fees previously paid.

The Commissioner is hereby authorized to charge any additional fees which may be
required, or credit any overpayment to Deposit Account No. 07-1853 during the pendency of
prosecution of this application.
